While the class structure is Warm-up, Aerobic Session, Cool Down and Stretch, the activities are designed to improve balance, coordination and other sensory stimuli while working your aerobic levels. Music is a key factor in the classes as it will help to keep your attention as well as develop your sense of rhythm.
